By using our website, submitting a contact or quote form, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that:

Digital Media Era provides digital marketing services as agreed upon in individual service proposals or contracts. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services unless a separate written agreement expressly overrides them.
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
a) Client-Owned Content
All materials, logos, content, and assets you provide to us remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to use these assets solely for the purpose of delivering your agreed services.
b) Deliverables
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, intellectual property rights in the final deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you. Work-in-progress, source files, templates, and tools used in creating deliverables remain the property of Digital Media Era unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
c) Our Content
All content on the Digital Media Era website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, financial data, or other sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Digital Media Era provides digital marketing services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, lead volumes, sales, or social media growth, as these depend on factors outside our direct control including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
Digital Media Era reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without notice if a client engages in unlawful activity, abusive behavior toward our team, or material breach of these terms.
Some of our services involve third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WordPress, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, pricing, or functionality that may affect your campaigns or deliverables.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Media Era and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content you provide to us that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
